Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Aura Vite, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these terms, and agree to be bound by them.

Your Account

• ✦You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• ✦You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• ✦You may not use another person's account without permission.
• ✦Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

• ✦Use the platform only for lawful event management purposes.
• ✦Do not upload illegal, hateful, or harmful content.
• ✦Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform.
• ✦Do not use the platform to send unsolicited bulk communications.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create on Aura Vite (events, guest lists, photos). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it as part of providing the service.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura Vite is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ankara.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We'll provide at least 14 days' notice before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
